Shipping/Return Policy

Upon receipt of an order, the customer order will be shipped out within 1-2 days.  There are emails that are delivered to the customer upon receipt of the order notifying the customer that an order has been received and a second email will be sent out regarding the tracking number.  Our shipping policy uses the United States Postal Service and we are only permitted to ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Due to the discreet, sensitive and hygienic nature of the products that we offer we do not accept returns.  However, if the product is broken or defective, we will accept those within 30 days.
